First Consultation
This usually lasts 60-90 minutes, we discuss the areas you want help with and previous history. All information is handled confidentially. An individually tailored treatment plan is put in place with clear instructions. This includes your prescription, postage and packaging.

Follow Up
This usually lasts 30-60 minutes. We monitor progress and delve deeper where necessary. This includes your prescription, postage and packaging.

Acute Consultation
This is a consultation necessary should an illness arise for someone outside of the main areas we are addressing through treatment. When a client contacts me for help with issues outside of scheduled appointments we can have an acute appointment via text or phone call.
